About the Company

ATG (Autonomous Technologies Group) is an AI lab deploying frontier reasoning systems within financial markets. We are an early, fast, and ambitious team of repeat founders backed by top-tier investors including YC and BoxGroup.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship core product experiences from private beta to App Store release
• Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and build working product experiences
• Create marketing materials including videos, images, landing pages, and campaign assets
• Help develop brand direction, visual identity, motion language, and creative voice
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers on product direction and prototyping
• Maintain high craft across typography, spacing, color, and motion

Requirements

• Based in NYC and able to work onsite
• 2-3 years of product design experience or equivalent high-quality personal projects
• Proven track record of shipping real work such as apps, websites, or campaigns
• Strong visual craft with attention to typography, spacing, and color
• Proficiency in Figma and excitement to use AI tools like Claude Code and Midjourney
• Ability to move fluidly between product design and brand/marketing work
• High-agency mindset with a bias for action and iteration
• Clear communication skills for presenting work and receiving feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for AI-native products
• Experience creating video content, motion graphics, or brand campaigns
• A design blog, side project, or creative portfolio demonstrating wide range
