Assembled is a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale. Companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood use Assembled to coordinate their entire support operation—in-house agents, BPOs, and AI—in a single operating system.

Responsibilities

• Design self-serve AI agent experiences for support and operations teams
• Shape new product areas from concept to launch
• Define interaction patterns for AI-backed support, including building, observing, and evaluating agents
• Lead customer-centered discovery through direct interaction with support teams
• Prototype quickly using Figma and AI tools to explore flows and agent behavior
• Contribute to the design system and improve visual and interaction quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping production B2B software
• Ability to turn ambiguity into shipped products
• Strong systems and interaction design skills
• Customer-driven mindset with experience in user discovery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience designing products for non-technical operators

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using coding agents to build or prototype products
• AI fluency in design workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude)
• Prior experience designing AI, agent, or conversational products
