Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and users to understand workflows, pain points, and needs
• Work closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to create shared understanding and gather feedback
• Leverage analytics tools like Amplitude to analyze user behavior and track feature adoption
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to refine solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis
• Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools
• Comfort with data and analytics tools to drive design decisions
• Eye for visual detail in layout, typography, and motion
