Responsibilities

• Design the interface that unlocks ground truth
• Work directly with the founding team and founding senior product designer
• Own design from user research through shipped interfaces
• Translate complex AI outputs into intuitive enterprise interfaces
• Build and iterate on design systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Make design decisions that balance user needs with technical constraints

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• AI experience strongly preferred
• Experience designing for data-heavy or AI products
