Responsibilities

• Design and ship high‑quality product experiences from early concepts to polished prototypes
• Translate complex AI reasoning into actionable user experiences
• Own the visual language and design system to ensure consistent execution
• Use research, data, and iteration to improve the end-to-end experience
• Work closely with engineering to ship high-fidelity experiences using systems thinking

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating real product and business impact
• Deep UX expertise in user flows, interaction design, and usability
• Sharp visual craft in design, typography, and layout
• Experience designing data‑rich or AI‑native interfaces
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data-intensive products, developer tools, or observability platforms
• Exposure to real-time applications or non-deterministic UX (AI/ML systems)
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Strong product thinking skills
