Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for multiple new product opportunities in a high-autonomy environment
• Develop deep understanding of clinical users through customer calls and visits to GP practices
• Shape product roadmap and prioritise features that maximise network value and retention
• Formalise design standards and scale design tools to accelerate high-quality shipping
• Collaborate closely with engineers and operate as a competent product manager in a team without dedicated PMs

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in 0-1 product design at a high-growth startup
• Frontend development experience, including shipping contributions with tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Strong product management instincts and comfort working without hand-holding
• Exceptional empathy and ability to intuit user needs with minimal research
• Clear, compelling communication skills and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
• Must be based in the UK
