Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for iOS, Android, and web
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to final visual design
• Partner with Product Managers to shape strategy and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility
• Refine designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to drive engagement
• Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to the improvement of design processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and usability
• Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
• Experience conducting user research and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback
