Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across the platform, from marketplace discovery to campaign analytics
• Collaborate on design language, patterns, and systems to scale with the company
• Work closely with engineering, product, and growth teams to shape product strategy and vision
• Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Elevate the craft of design within Agentio by contributing to best practices and processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and shipped work
• Expertise in modern design tools like Figma
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual design principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Experience with 0→1 product teams
