Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end design of design system foundations, including research, concept development, UI design, and documentation
• Collaborate with App and Web Framework teams and Product teams to deliver high-quality design system outcomes
• Use, test, and evolve design tokens and system components to ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility
• Partner with stakeholders and Design Leads to support backlog refinement and prioritization
• Design clear UI mockups and interactive prototypes to demonstrate the application of Nova patterns in real product contexts
• Support consistent cross-product and cross-platform journeys through shared foundations and patterns

Requirements

• Extensive experience in user interface and visual design with a strong portfolio of complex enterprise products
• Proven ability to design complex customer and audience experiences with excellent information design skills
• Strong understanding of multi-platform design and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in prototyping tools to clearly communicate design intent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
