Product Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end product design activities across discovery, design, validation, and delivery.
• Translate requirements, user needs, and feedback into intuitive user experiences, user flows, and wireframes.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes that balance usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Apply and contribute to established design systems and reusable components to maintain interface consistency.
• Utilize AI-assisted design workflows and modern tools to improve efficiency in ideation, research synthesis, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related digital product roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and delivered product outcomes.
• High proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and interactive prototyping.
• Proven experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile product environments.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback through iterative improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to enterprise, marketplace, healthcare, or fintech products.
• Exposure to scalable design systems and accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of analytics and data-informed design decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
