Product Design Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the production lifecycle of branded materials from briefing to final delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, printing vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Review and approve production samples before mass production
• Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines
• Monitor production schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance
• Support the execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations
• Maintain production documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production management, print production, or brand execution
• Experience working with suppliers, printing houses, and production vendors
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or Design Management
