Product Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-own product roadmaps and translate business vision into design-first GTM strategies
• Manage, mentor, and scale a pod of 4-5 designers
• Build deep trust with business unit leadership and align stakeholders
• Direct product architecture using continuous prototyping and usability testing
• Define North Star metrics and use data to drive measurable business outcomes
• Orchestrate complex delivery of multiple large projects across quarters
• Elevate visual systems by unifying design systems, motion, and UX copy
• Ensure high-quality engineering handoffs through clear documentation and technical synergy

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product design experience in enterprise, B2B, or fintech
• 1–2 years of experience managing and scaling direct reports
• Proven portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual rigor
• Deep technical acumen to design scalable, developer-friendly interfaces
• Strong systems thinking and fluency with design systems
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and UX writing
