Product Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects by directing and delegating work for junior team members
• Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build strong design-to-business relationships
• Mentor team members and help mature the overall product design practice
• Leverage data, research insights, and technical constraints to ensure customer-centered and inclusive design
• Present design frameworks and compelling points of view to influence strategic decision-making at senior levels

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design and Figma
• Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
• Experience collaborating closely with product, tech, and business partners
• Experience leading design projects or managing teams
• Experience working in heavily regulated or data-heavy problem spaces
