Product Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Combine craft expertise and leadership skills to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy
• Leverage interaction, visual, and service design skills to map out complex interactions across channels and platforms
• Navigate the needs of partners and stakeholders by factoring in data, research insights, scalability, and technical constraints
• Use a deep understanding of tech, data capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform design work and navigate technical limitations
• Integrate emerging AI tools and technologies throughout the end-to-end design process to enhance creativity and streamline workflows
• Present work across various levels of the organization using a human-centered approach to influence strategic decision-making

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Product Design and Figma
• Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
• Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners
• Experience leading design projects or teams
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces
• Experience designing agentic workflows for autonomous tasks and human-in-the-loop interactions
