Product Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects by directing work for junior team members and building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Create high-fidelity designs, journey maps, blueprints, and prototypes to drive the vision for high-spender customer experiences
• Apply human-centered design expertise to ensure solutions are inclusive and address customer needs alongside technical constraints
• Collaborate with product, tech, and business partners to influence product strategy and navigate complex data-heavy problem spaces
• Present design work to senior leadership, using research insights and data to articulate compelling points of view

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 5 years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong expertise in interaction, visual, and service design
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using human-centered design principles

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design and Figma
• Experience contributing to and working within an established design system
• Experience leading design projects or teams
• Experience working in heavily regulated or data-intensive industries
