Product Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives by applying User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to create high-value digital products and services.
• Participate in business analysis and define end-user profiles for digital products and services.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and create interaction flows and information architecture.
• Develop interactive prototypes, site maps, and content flows.
• Manage and implement Design Systems and UI Kits.
• Oversee development quality, ensuring usability and interaction definitions are met.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams with empathy, assertiveness, and autonomy.
• Manage stakeholders, project roadmaps, backlogs, and value propositions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in roles such as Product Design Lead, UX Design Lead, or similar leadership positions.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI, Visual Design, and User-Centered Design (UCD).
• Proficiency in Design Systems and Atomic Design.
• Mandatory experience with Design Thinking and at least two other frameworks (e.g., Customer Experience, Jobs to be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, or Behavioral Design).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to synthesize and interpret complex information for stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and basic data analysis/KPI definition.
