Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple product areas from conception to launch
• Own strategic decisions around product direction
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
• Align business vision with customer requirements to create useful features
• Work closely with Engineering to translate complex technical architectures into intuitive user interactions

Requirements

• Strong individual contributor with acute leadership skills
• Expertise in interaction design and defining interaction models
• Expertise in visual design including typography, color, layout, and iconography
• Objective-driven with experience leading product direction
• Ability to articulate product decisions and present work to the broader team
• Ability to execute at speed in a rapidly changing startup environment
