Product Design Lead

Complete is on a mission to make compensation a winning advantage for the world's highest-impact companies. We are breaking compensation workflows out from spreadsheets and bringing them into the 21st century, serving customers ranging from startups like Linear and Render to enterprises like Roblox. We are a small, high-agency team of 10 backed by Accel and YC.

Responsibilities

• Build the design culture and lead the design function for Complete
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the design voice from idea to launch
• Identify user needs and translate business goals into product opportunities
• Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking
• Define product information architecture and create wireframes, templates, and prototypes
• Maintain design systems and interaction patterns to ensure brand and visual cohesion
• Proactively build relationships with engineering, research, and product teams

Requirements

• Excellent visual and interaction design skills
• Systems-thinking mindset with ability to design beyond pixels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and set vision for global products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools like Figma

• Entrepreneurial experience
• Experience with both enterprise and consumer applications
