Responsibilities

• Implement Kheyti product innovation roadmap for core greenhouses and add-on products
• Conduct discovery conversations with farmers and stakeholders to understand market needs
• Ideate, conceptualise and prototype designs and materials in the R&D center
• Conduct field visits to understand farmer feedback and regional agro-climatic conditions
• Convert ideas to sketches and designs, testing for strength and loads using relevant software
• Support R&D activities including crop R&D and protocol building
• Create SOPs, key documentation, and build QA/QC systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Hardware product design experience
• Product management experience
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork and travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agri-infrastructure or greenhouse systems
• Mechanical, civil, or structural engineering background
• Exposure to R&D environments, prototyping, or QA/QC systems
