Product Design Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Ideate, prototype, and test innovative consumer product concepts for health and wellness brands.
• Collaborate with global Product Innovation Teams across China, the UK, and the US to co-create front-end solutions.
• Manage hands-on early development phases using 3D printing and hand-crafted rigs to validate ideas.
• Provide technical support regarding consumer product technologies and engineering principles.
• Gain and apply consumer and market insights to guide new product creation.
• Adhere to global Integrated Product Development (IPD) processes to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, such as Design or Mechanical Design (or currently pursuing).
• 0-2 years of experience in consumer product design and development.
• Fluency in English with the ability to work across CN/UK/US regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc in Industrial Design Engineering.
