Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Deliver customer-centric and data-informed experiences that are meaningful, cohesive, accessible, and usable
• Oversee all aspects of design, including interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Present work to product teams and senior leaders, articulating goals, rationale, and concepts
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure products meet customer needs
• Apply emerging technologies, including AI, to accelerate design workflows and improve personalization

Requirements

• 10+ years of design leadership experience in technology-driven, product-focused companies
• Proven success leading design teams of 5+ designers
• Expertise in defining design vision for both early-stage (0–1) and mature B2C products
• Strategic product thinker with a track record of shaping product goals and business outcomes
• Exceptional communicator with experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and complex problem-solving
• Experience using AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, or quality at scale
• Ability to work within geographically distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within cybersecurity, digital safety, or consumer security products
