Product & Deployments

Responsibilities

• Own live customer deployments end-to-end from post-sale design through go-live and stabilization
• Manage relationships with VP-level stakeholders throughout the deployment journey
• Translate client needs into engineering priorities and deployment context into deal strategy
• Run user onboarding, training sessions, and build supporting materials
• Convert pilots into full deployments and track usage to drive engagement
• Identify customer value drivers and translate them into specific, buildable product features
• Own the demo flow with engineering to create prospect-specific and vertical demos
• Document processes and playbooks to prepare for future team hiring

Requirements

• Strong product taste, particularly regarding UI/UX and AI failure modes
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on usage data and feedback
• Technical proficiency: ability to read a PR, navigate ERP schemas, and debug integrations
• Comfortable using coding agents and learning new technical concepts quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Low ego and a bias toward action
