Product Deployment Specialist

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal processes, documentation, and playbooks to keep the organization aligned
• Engage with customers regularly to understand workflows and synthesize conversations into product opportunities
• Support customers in understanding and getting value out of the product
• Bridge the gap between customer experience and product roadmap decisions
• Conduct research into industry trends, alternative solutions, and market gaps
• Collaborate with the Product Lead to scope features and move initiatives from concept to execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, consulting, investment banking, investing, or domain-focused roles (e.g., deductions, accounts receivable, CPG finance)
• Analytical and structured thinking skills
• Strong communication skills for translating operational knowledge into documentation
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias toward execution
• Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building financial workflows or process improvements
• Experience working alongside a product or technical team
