About the role

About the Company

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating manual workflows through our flagship platform and CoPallet AI Agents.

Responsibilities

  • Reverse engineer undocumented APIs, ERPs, TMS platforms, and internal systems
  • Design and build integrations between customer environments and Pallet’s AI platform
  • Debug production failures across distributed systems, data pipelines, and authentication layers
  • Work onsite with customers (~25% travel) to diagnose issues and drive successful launches
  • Own customer go-lives end-to-end from technical discovery through production stability
  • Identify recurring implementation patterns to turn them into reusable product capabilities
  • Influence the product roadmap by translating customer problems into platform improvements

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups
  • Strong experience with APIs, authentication systems, integrations, and event-driven architectures
  • Proven ability to debug complex systems under real production constraints
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and incomplete information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics, supply chain software, ERP systems, or automation platforms
  • Experience with workflow tooling
