Product Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, and integrations to maximize Time to Revenue (TTR)
• Actively drive implementation progress by removing blockers and executing project plans
• Proactively evaluate customer challenges and risks to optimize integrations
• Execute and support technical deliverables and integrations with network and issuer partners
• Provide domain expertise to guide internal decision-making and process improvements
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
• Demonstrate and articulate Lithic platform capabilities with confidence

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, specifically in payments, card issuance, or financial services
• Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, or Solutions Architecture
• Strong technical acumen with familiarity with APIs and system integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and identifying risks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
