Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client journey for new website builds, change requests, and ongoing support
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations regarding scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Lead intake processes, gather requirements, and triage inbound tickets to maintain a healthy delivery queue
• Coordinate with distributed development teams to manage task sequencing, dependencies, and blockers
• Oversee pre-launch QA and UAT processes, including staging reviews and client validation
• Manage client escalations and identify patterns in support requests to proactively address underlying issues
• Track delivery metrics and maintain visibility across the portfolio of in-flight work

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery, project coordination, or account management role
• Solid WordPress knowledge, including theme/plugin configuration and troubleshooting
• Conceptual understanding of APIs, integrations, and the ability to interpret application error logs
• Familiarity with managed hosting environments such as WP Engine, including staging, production, and DNS concepts
• Proven experience running QA and UAT processes with structured test plans and sign-off workflows
• Proficiency with service desk or ticketing tools like Jira to manage prioritization and cycle time
• Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance workflows
