Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives and portfolio epics
• Ensure initiatives progress smoothly through the SDLC from discovery through release
• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate potential risks to delivery timelines
• Track delivery flow and identify opportunities to improve throughput and predictability
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into initiative progress and delivery health
• Support release readiness activities and coordinate effective releases across stakeholders

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or Product Operations
• Experience supporting delivery in Agile product development environments
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Experience with enterprise portfolio or backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based product environments
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and modern software delivery practices
• Knowledge of the Global or in-country Payroll industry
• Experience using delivery analytics or engineering intelligence tools
• Certifications such as SAFe, Agile Program Management, or Kanban
