Product Delivery Manager - Machine Learning & Intelligent Ops

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for the Machine Learning Operations product vision and prioritized roadmap
• Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations through excellent communication
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
• Plan and deliver execution of the product roadmap while managing dependencies inside and outside the product area
• Monitor Jira hygiene and enforce standards to ensure transparency of work in flight
• Manage product roadmap alignment to the product budget and ensure team availability
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and controls
• Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge in business processes across a line of business and technology disciplines
• Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
• Strong understanding of Agile methods, stakeholder management, budget management, and risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
