Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization
• Manage change management activities across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor timelines and dependencies, identify blockers, and ensure adequate resourcing through stakeholder liaison
• Drive product performance reporting and escalate opportunities to improve functional coordination and efficiencies
• Support the Common Entitlements Module (CEM) product and delivery management for KYC products across client and document domains

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Proven expertise in operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment strategies
• Proficiency in Jira, including the use of advanced filters, dashboards, and automation
• Experience implementing automation using Alteryx and Tableau or similar tools
• Strong presentation skills using tools such as Lucid and PitchPro+
