Product Delivery Manager – Document Management Services – Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Oversee change management and ensure compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to proactively resolve blockers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement document management solutions and integrate them with banking applications.
• Use data to monitor progress, ensure quality deliverables, and meet success metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote lean program management and operational excellence.
• Engage with senior management to provide updates and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product delivery, document management, or a related domain.
• Proven experience in operational management, change readiness, and iterative product delivery.
• Strong expertise in release management, deployment strategies, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in product delivery tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, Figma, or Lucid.
• Project management or Agile certifications.
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and/or Agentic AI.
• Experience with document lifecycle management technologies, including APIs, cloud storage, OCR, and e-signature.
