Product Delivery Manager - Cloud Foundational Services

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization.
• Manage change management activities across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring adequate resourcing and stakeholder alignment.
• Participate in defining product component roadmaps, backlogs, and quarterly planning with engineering teams.
• Refine feature requests in collaboration with engineering and liaise with customers to understand priorities.
• Drive data-driven innovation to optimize the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Expertise in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
• Experience with Public Cloud Providers at an enterprise scale, specifically AWS.
• Domain knowledge within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot or LLM tools.
