Product Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage in-house and outsourced production workflows for Maritime Intelligence systems
• Build scalable processes for prototyping, low-rate initial production (LRIP), and full-rate production
• Oversee material management, supplier sourcing, and fabrication coordination
• Recruit and mentor a small team across manufacturing and testing
• Ensure adherence to Mil specs, ISO 9001, ITAR, and marine safety protocols
• Execute EVT/DVT/PVT builds and coordinate environmental stress testing
• Manage PLM and MRP solutions and implement mitigation plans for operational risks

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in manufacturing or product delivery
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or marine technology preferred
• Proven success scaling operations in startup or small business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing (Master’s strongly preferred)
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with oceanographic sensors or underwater vehicles
• Background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Hands-on experience with ERP or MRP systems
• Understanding of government contracting and FAR/DFARS compliance
