Product Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Payment Controls strategy for Equities and Prime across Post Trade Technology
• Lead end-to-end product delivery activities, including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting
• Drive delivery governance and feasibility assessments to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Own and enhance the change management framework, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Mentor engineering and product teams to drive best practices in resource planning and deployment efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and coordination

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology delivery roles
• 5+ years of experience within Investment Banking, specifically in Equities, Prime, Custody, or Payments
• Proven track record of delivering complex products and solving large-scale business problems
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability solutions with strong controls frameworks
• Expertise in operational management, change readiness, and delivery governance
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized subject matter expert or thought leader within the product delivery or post-trade domain
• Experience driving large-scale transformation or control initiatives
• Familiarity with risk and regulatory frameworks within global banking environments
