Product Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and articulate as-is process flows, including customer interactions and operational interventions
• Address functional and non-functional requirements covering product features, regulatory compliance, and scalability
• Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state models
• Lead independent initiatives across functional teams to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies
• Work with UAT teams to ensure thorough testing and conduct defect analysis
• Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts and monitor adherence to risk and compliance requirements
• Collect data, perform analysis, and provide reporting to track initiative progress

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Payments, Operations, and Global Financial Messaging
• Proven experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, change management, and operational management
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically to define future state business models
• Experience in product deployment processes with a strong execution focus
• Skilled in the design, delivery, and presentation of executive-level content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations, specifically within the investigations space
• Knowledge of payments application product management governance
