Product Definer (IO Aggregator)

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and emerging application trends to define innovative IO aggregator, IO hub, and bridging solution roadmaps
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications with compelling value propositions and competitive advantages
• Conduct competitive technical analysis and benchmarking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Test, Applications, and Marketing, to launch new products on time
• Prepare technical documentation such as product specifications, datasheets, white papers, and presentations
• Oversee the development of application reference circuits and demonstration boards
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex customer issues to secure design-ins
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagements through technical expertise

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product definition, feature trade-off analysis, and architecture specification
• BSEE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred)
• Solid knowledge of I3C, I2C, SPMI, SPI, JTAG, SWD, and SDIO protocol specifications
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces including PCIe, MIPI, USB3.2, and Displayport
• Experience with lab validation, test automation, and handling equipment like oscilloscopes and waveform generators
• Knowledge of PCB design, simulation techniques, and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Active participation and contribution to industry standardization efforts
• Experience developing models such as IBIS, IBIS-AMI, or System-C
• Strong understanding of mobile, automotive, and embedded/IoT system architectures
• Strategic thinking skills to collaborate with partners and OEMs on new architectures
