Responsibilities

• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies, and future roadmaps
• Propose AB Tests and benchmark good practices in competitor games
• Oversee tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection
• Develop dashboards and analysis for key product and monetization metrics
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines
• Conduct comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building production-ready data pipelines
• Master's Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets
• High level of analytical and rigorous problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and a builder's mindset
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Curiosity for games and player behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Tableau
• Experience with data modeling tools such as dbt
