Product Data Science Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer-facing data analysts
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, custom data products from scoping to execution
• Ensure high standards in SQL, PySpark, Python, and data validation across the team
• Escalate and resolve complex analytical challenges with hands-on guidance
• Partner with Engineering on scalable infrastructure and productized solutions
• Collaborate with Advisory Services to deliver seamless, high-impact client solutions
• Drive process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing to scale team impact
• Balance client needs, capacity, and timelines while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring data analysts or analytics teams
• Strong hands-on SQL and PySpark experience for data analysis
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Excellent English communication with ability to translate analysis into business insights
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct client experience and stakeholder management
• AWS infrastructure experience
• Background in online marketing, digital services, or tech analytics
• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
