Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional management and prioritization of Bill of Material (BOM) creation and execution for assigned regions
• Align stakeholders across Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and regional teams to deliver on business priorities
• Leverage SAP, Master Data Governance (MDG), GS1 standards, and PLM systems to drive strategic BOM setup
• Mentor and train cross-functional members on GS1 standards, SAP processes, and BOM best practices
• Resolve complex supply chain data challenges to ensure compliant product identification and transaction accuracy
• Collaborate with Project Managers to build strategic project timelines for new product introductions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain operations
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP product data management, GS1 standards, and BOM/master data governance
• Proficiency with SAP (MM/PP modules), MDG, and GS1 data standards tools
• Analytical background focusing on optimizing efficiencies and cross-functional leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• PLM experience
• Six Sigma Black belt certification
• PMP certification
