Product Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs)
• Maintain and distribute CDRL delivery performance metrics
• Update and maintain desktop instructions and associated command media
• Support C-17 Sustainment and Developmental programs through daily interaction with military customer personnel
• Respond to ad hoc customer requests and operate within strict contractual timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience
• 3+ years of experience reviewing Engineering Change Proposal documentation to assess scope impacts
• 5+ years of experience with Contract Data Management and/or Supplier Data Management
• 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
• 3+ years of experience applying metrics to measure performance against projects
• 1+ years of experience utilizing business system applications and technological tools to manage data

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance regulations including ITAR, FAA, AS9100, and export/import controls
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems
• Familiarity with industry, military, and government specifications and standards
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
