Product Data Management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand planning, and sales and operations planning for a large global business unit.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bills of Material (BOM) construction and material metadata to support engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Execute complex demand and supply matching activities to connect strategic planning with operational execution.
• Develop change methodologies for BOM communication and triage/solve complex BOM-related data issues.
• Manage multiple data migrations between Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to integrate their data needs into actionable supply chain plans.
• Lead regional and global business unit planning teams to enhance current business processes.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably within supply chain or operations.
• Deep expertise in Bills of Material (BOM) construction and management.
• Proven experience with demand and supply matching activities.
• Strong knowledge of PDM systems and experience managing data migrations.
