About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level governance and execution oversight for master data and change object workflows within Agile PLM and SAP.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for change governance, PLM processes, and master data standards.
  • Manage complex, high-risk, or ambiguous changes to ensure end-to-end execution quality for parts and non-QMS documents.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues impacting New Product Introductions (NPIs) and manufacturing releases.
  • Lead cross-functional project initiatives, including Agile and SAP project rollouts and business solution projects.
  • Perform data quality audits and drive corrective actions to ensure the integrity of product and material master data.
  • Mentor and enable global PDM and business users through process education and decision support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in configuration management and engineering change management, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile PLM and SAP ECC (minimum 4 years of experience).
  • In-depth understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and configuration management principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with international, cross-functional teams.
