Responsibilities

• Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to define product metrics, events, and success criteria
• Design and run end-to-end A/B tests, including hypothesis scoping and analysis
• Build funnel, retention, and cohort analysis using SQL and Python on Snowflake
• Build and run AI-agent workflows to automate routine data tasks
• Maintain core product dashboards in Omni
• Translate analysis into actionable stories and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience owning A/B tests end-to-end to drive product decisions
• Advanced SQL skills for cloud data warehouses
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Experience leveraging AI agents to optimize analytical workflows
• Ability to work with imperfect data to provide pressure-tested recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake and Omni
• Background in mobile and web product analytics
