Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Lead analysis of large, complex datasets to understand player behavior and identify growth opportunities
• Translate data insights into recommendations for game design and product roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and developers
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports
• Utilize A/B testing to evaluate and optimize game features and mechanics

Requirements

• At least 3 years of analytical experience in gaming, tech, or a data-driven industry
• Proficiency with SQL and either R or Python
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methods
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Highly pragmatic mindset and proactive ownership of the data chain
