Responsibilities

• Transform data into action by working cross-functionally across the organization
• Meet with business and product stakeholders to convert OKR requirements into analytical solutions
• Model new product analytics datasets to optimize growth strategies and cost reductions
• Improve operational and financial productivity across business and software
• Rapidly prototype new functionality via dashboards to discover best practices for workflow management
• Influence the roadmap for the Data Analytics department and supported stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Product Analyst role
• Strong SQL fluency for building complex ERDs and analyzing datasets
• Experience with ELT data modeling
• Familiarity with applied statistics and scripting languages like Python or R
• Executive communication skills and ability to discover business pain points

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dbt (data build tool)
• Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools
