Product & Customer Experience Insights Manager

Responsibilities

• Own large-scale continuous monitoring survey mechanisms such as NPS and CSAT
• Lead complex customer experience studies, including scoping, design, data collection, and analysis
• Translate complex business problems into actionable hypotheses and analysis requirements
• Present data-driven recommendations and findings to senior management
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to define roadmaps and drive business improvements
• Support the hiring and onboarding of new team members to contribute to a high-performing culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major products or services
• Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
• Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodologies
• Background in market research, statistics, finance, or qualitative/quantitative research
