Product Creative Designer & Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate a diverse range of Collectibles assets including avatar decorations, profile effects, nameplates, and profile frames
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute illustrations within product constraints and UX goals
• Design in-app marketing layouts for Shop that feel native to the product
• Partner with game publishers and vendors to art direct and deliver high-quality assets
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and PMMs to ensure assets are performant and well-integrated
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and own asset delivery end to end
• Participate in design critiques and iterate based on constructive feedback

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-craft illustration and graphic design across various styles
• 2–4 years of design or production experience in-house or at an agency, ideally in tech, gaming, or entertainment
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or publishers
• Ability to present creative concepts and articulate design decisions
• Ability to deliver production-ready assets meeting technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation or motion design
• Proficiency in Figma
