Responsibilities
- Advise on product development, launches, user journeys, and customer experience
- Support product, legal, commercial, marketing, support, policy, trust and safety, and engineering teams
- Draft and review terms, SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, policies, and customer-facing materials
- Advise on consumer protection, advertising, privacy, IP, online safety, and platform governance
Requirements
- UK product counsel or commercial technology experience
- Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, marketplaces, apps, or fintech
- Familiarity with consumer, privacy, advertising, and online safety issues
- Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
