About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a structured "Product Excellence" curriculum covering OKR setting, Agile ceremonies, and essential product knowledge
  • Own the first 60 days of the employee experience for new product hires to accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Map current team skills against the Product Competency framework and identify gaps for future training or hiring
  • Develop communication plans for new process rollouts to manage the "People Side of Change" and minimize resistance
  • Design, launch, and facilitate internal Communities of Practice (CoP) forums to foster peer-to-peer learning
  • Partner with Product Operations specialists to ensure training materials align with operational workflows
  • Define and track enablement metrics, such as adoption rates and competency improvements, to demonstrate ROI

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in change management and organizational development
  • Expertise in skills assessment, competency frameworks, and gap analysis
  • Proven ability to design and execute individual development plans and learning strategies
  • Strong experience managing stakeholder buy-in and leading cross-functional teams through organizational change
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product operations, product management, or agile transformation initiatives
  • Background in the telecommunications or technology industry
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms
  • Background in organizational design or people operations
