Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchandise Manager and Buyers with the sampling approval process, including fittings
• Brief new ranges to suppliers for development
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with local and offshore suppliers
• Manage and track the sample process, critical path, production schedules, and freight timelines
• Assist with weekly trade analysis
• Draw and maintain product CADs and range books
• Support the product team with administrative tasks and sample management for marketing and VM

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Buyer Assistant, Production Assistant, or Supply Coordinator role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with high productivity and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Fashion and Textiles
• Previous experience working with denim
