Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sample reception, including unloading boxes for fair, sales, and confirmation samples
• Maintain organization of the sample fridge and master collection room by category and silhouette
• Request and verify sample maps from suppliers to support product handovers
• Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to carry over products, create new items from sketches, and maintain seasonal attributes
• Support Product Developers with product adoption and handover processes
• Manage defects and deleted articles post-handover by communicating with POM and buying teams
• Provide general administrative assistance to the product development team

Requirements

• University or College degree
• Strong computer skills with mandatory proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly attuned to fashion trends with the ability to translate them visually
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant product-related role
